About John P. Neal - John P. Neal is CEO of PCRS Network, LLC, a leading independent network of clinical research sites located throughout the U.S. focused on high quality and high enrollments. He has served as the COO and/or CFO of several multi-site clinical research companies and has over thirty years experience working with biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
Resulting from his experience, John provides insight to companies in the pharmaceutical industry, helping them solve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
John is a frequent speaker on the topic of clinical research, the author of The 50th Percentile Budget; Good Intentions, Bad Outcomes of Database-driven Study Budget Development published in the September 2010 ACRP Monitor magazine. He is a frequent contributor to pharmaceutical industry online forums, and is the author of PCRS Network’s blog on clinical research topics.
John received his BS in Accounting at San Diego State University, his CPA Certificate while with Deloitte in San Diego, CA, and is a certified Clinical Research Contracting Professional (CRCP).
John began serving as a member of the Board of Trustees of Association of Clinical Research Professionals in January 2016.
