About the Presenters
Prior to joining PFS Clinical, Anna K. Canty gained over eight years of contracts administration experience in the traditional law firm and insurance brokerage settings, focusing on the healthcare and IT industries. In her current role as a Senior Clinical Research & Compliance Analyst, Anna assists research institutions in the study start-up process, negotiating complex contract provisions to align with site requirements and their unique levels of risk aversity. Her clinical experience includes navigating sites through the challenging process of investigator-sponsored research and government contract negotiations. She loves interpreting legalese, making legal concepts palatable for her clients. She has served on the board of directors for the Madison, WI chapter of NALS – The Association for Legal Professionals since 2014 and has given numerous presentations and webinars for continuing legal education (CLE) credit in Colorado and Wisconsin.
