About the Presenter
Mary Pat Cottengim is currently the User Experience Manager at Bio-Optronics. Her experiences encompass systems design, development, and deployment, working alongside both hardware and software engineers in a variety of industries including telecommunications, energy, and healthcare. Her career included positions in software development, data modeling, business analysis, product development, and research.
Mary Pat has a multi-disciplinary background with a BS degree from RIT in Applied Arts and Sciences with concentrations in Computer Science and Information Technology, a graduate certificate in Systems Engineering, and a certificate of accomplishment in E-Learning and Digital Cultures from University of Edinburgh.
